PIT STOP EASTER LINE UP-RELOADED WORLD FAMOUS KBS SMOKED HAMS-The feedback on these beauties is always incredible…..mainly because THEY ARE INCREDIBLE!! Slow smoked for hours over KBS Barrel Chunks and then drizzled in our magic sugary glaze and Hammered with a blowtorch!!

Hams run about 8-9 LBS (roughly).

PIT STOP SLOW SMOKED PRIME RIB-Just look at the pictures. Slow smoked for hours over Cherry Wood with our Pit Stop Savory Rub coated on it.

$30/LB……..Prime Roasts 4 to 5 lbs (roughly).

SLOW SMOKED BONELESS TURKEY BREAST-Injected, Rubbed, Slow Smoked for hours and hours at a low heat. A Big Time favorite of customers on Fridays.

$16/LB……..Breasts run about 6-8 pounds.

SLOW SMOKED KIELBASA-Big time hit during Pitlaski Day @The Pit Stop. Slow smoked for 4 hours on our big Texas Rigs and then we slow cook them overnight in a mix of Beer, Mustard and kraut at a super low temperature.

PIT STOP GREEN BEANS W SLIVERED ALMONDS-Big Favorite and extremely underrated in our weekly take out line up. “Don’t sleep on the green beans” was heard at an event we catered. I liked it……a lot.
