2023 PIT STOP CHRISTMAS OFFERING:
CHRISTMAS IS ON THE 25TH THIS YEAR…..WHICH IS A MONDAY.
PICK UPS ARE ON FRIDAY THE 22ND (11-6:30) and SATURDAY THE 23RD (11-2PM).
Pretty Simple Rules: Please be a good boy and/or girl and follow them or Santa will violently take it out on the elves like he does when he drinks, eats or breathes.

2. You will receive a confirmation # back when your order is good to go.
3. And by order….we mean order what you want….not “I need food for 5 people, so we’ll need some of each” Tell us what your order is please with specifics.

Emails asking us to make choices…means we choose to delete them. So Please be Specific.
4. Orders can be picked up on Friday December 22ND 11-6:30 and Dec 23rd 11-2pm.
Remember these hours please. I literally got 30 emails asking when pick up is. I don’t answer those…..sorry.
5. ORDERS ARE DUE BY SATURDAY THE 16TH at NOON and we may cut off orders before that if we reach capacity. So order early and often. We can’t take orders after Noon on the 16th.

SMOKED KBS HAMS-An All-Time favorite. Most popular Pit Head item each year. Slow smoked for hours over hickory wood and Founders KBS Barrel Chunks and coated in a sugary glaze, blow torched forming a sugary crust and then we wrap in a heavy duty foil ready to go.

PRIME RIB ROASTS-We coat these beautiful hunks of delicious beef it in our own Pit Stop Prime Rib Rub and slow smoke it over hardwood charcoal, hickory and oak to a rare finish. Earthy, smokey, meaty, savory, and as juicy as you get. Pretty much the only time we offer these Special Order Roasts.
Prime Rib Roasts will run about 4-5#’s in size and comes with our own PIT STOP HORSEY SAUCE.

For those that are not familiar with Pit Stops GATOR GUMBOLAYA…..well…..here is the short rundown……
We have Fresh Gator Tenderloins, Spicy Gator Sausage, Gulf Shrimp, Louisiana Crawfish, and fresh Lump Crab…… all overnighted to Gerald R. Ford Airport.
This Deliciousness takes us 3 days to make it….it is a process….and worth every second we put into it.
We smoke it all that Louisiana goodness, chuck it all in a pot with Crystal Hot Sauce, Crushed Tomatoes, Onions, Brown Rice, Peppers and other good things that go into that 25 gallon pot.
But you don’t have a truly traditional Louisiana Stew without an incredible Roux.
Well we make our Roux out of our Award Winning Brisket Drippings……so you know we are throwing some crazy good flavor into this big ole pot of Louisiana Goodness.
If you roll into a Christmas Party with this……very good chance you are carried around the party on several people shoulders chanting your name repeatedly(mainly to distract you and keep you away from the Gumbolaya so they can eat it all).
This Crazy Goodness slow cooks together overnight….filled to the top in a 25 Gallon Pot.
