HOT BEEF ITALIAN SANDWICHES-

-We start with Whole Sirloin Tip that has already been smoking/cooking for 20 hours. We chuck that into a pan, add Pit Stop Au Jus Dip made from the drippings and Italian Seasonings w garlic and onion. Let those slow cook on low all night long so they really get to know each other

We shred the beef, Pack it into a 10” Hoagie Bun and pile a bunch of Mozzarella Cheese and chuck back in the oven to heat up the bun and melt the cheese.

After we pull it out of the oven we add our PIT STOP GIARDINIERA that has been marinating for a few days over the top of it.

MOIST-(we pour some of the Au Jus over it)

SUPER MOIST-(We dunk that bad boy in the Aus Ju)
