Coated with our Moo Moo Massage Powder and Slow cooked for 14 hours over hardwood charcoal, oak and dried Michigan cherry pits. We constantly spray the meat w/ an “Apple/Bourbon” mixture. We then wrap up these puppies up and hold them hot for another 8 hours. Former KCBS Blue Ribbon Winner. Even people from Texas love this item.

Our Pork Butts are Coated in our Piggy Massage Powder, slow cooked for hours just like we do the Texas Briskets. We cook ours at a lower temperature for a longer time which helps make a big difference.
Usually legs and thighs, just like the competitions we used to compete in……slow cooked, basted frequently…..tangy, sweet and almost fall off the bone.
Most underrated menu item we have….we slow cook these puppies in a mixture of dark beer and mustard glaze and mix in sautéed sweet peppers and onions. Once you try its tough not ordering these…..but they do have a little kick to them.
