In that 4 hour feeding frenzie we’ll have MOUNTAINS OF SMOKED IRISH FARE, including:
SMOKED CORNED BEEF-we’ll have around 600 lbs of it available. pre cooked weight is roughly 1000lbs. yep….we lose that much in the process.
MICKNUGGITS (double smoked corned beef burnt ends)
PIT STOP SHEPHERDS PIE(made with Award Winning Texas Brisket, Potatoes, Guinness, Peas & Carrots(jenny). Extremely Underrated. This is all piled on top of Freshly Mashed Potatoes.
COLCANNON-Irish mashed Potatoes. Old School Customers know this one very well.
PIT STOP BLARNEY STONE REUBEN SANDWICHES-if you have one better somewhere…..drive me there immediately.
BLARNEY CASTLE SANDWICH-for those who are Brave…..5#, 7 layer Castle of a Sandwich. Packed with Deliciously Smoked Corned Beef, Dirty Kraut, 2000 Island Sauce, piece after piece of Swiss Cheese, and Michigan Made Marble Rye Bread.
BRAISED CABBAGE -called the most underrated item we have ever made.
DIRTY KRAUT-Slow smoked and infused with Guinness
