It’s that time of year……YES!!!!!!! Easily the best time of the year.

PIT-LASKI DAY is This Friday!! OCTOBER 3rd!!!
YES!!!!
And this is easily one of our Favorite Take Out Days of the year and by far the most Phallic Post of the year…..Just like Every Year at this time.
SMOKED POLISH FARE.
Normally this day will have ONLY SMOKED POLISH……BUT we decided to mix in some of are Award Winning BBQ for FRIDAY as well.
BUT THE QTY’S ON BBQ ON FRIDAY WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO OUR INSANELY GOOD POLISH FOOD.
SO IF YOU WANT REGULAR AWARD WINNING BBQ…..COME IN THURSDAY ANY TIME BETWEEN 11 AND 3 OR COME IN BEFORE NOON ON FRIDAY. ….OR YOU’LL BE FORCED TO ENJOY REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD SMOKED POLISH FARE.
This is one of our biggest days of the year…..there will be a line and the line will move fast….of course there will be POLKA MUSIC to help entertain you(until we are sick of it which is usually around 11:04)!!!!
We flat out crush this day every year and this year will be no different.
So let’s get right into the Mix……
FRIDAY PITLASKI DAY MENU
SLOW SMOKED KIELBASA-Smoked for hours over cherry wood and then mixed in with dirty kraut and slowly baked overnight on a very low temp in our convection ovens.
DIRTY KRAUT-Sauerkraut, Founder Dirty Bastard Beer, and some seasoning slowly smoked for hours and then Kielbasa added to the mix before it goes in the oven overnight on low. We have turned many-a-kraut hater over to the dark side with our Dirty Kraut.
KAPITSKA!!!-Easily one of our most popular Specials we do all year. It is our take on the very popular Pulaski Days item “Kapusta”. We take whole Pork Loin, slice em up, smoke em up and chuck them in a ginormous pan with smoked Kielbasa, Dirty Kraut, Thinly Sliced Vidalia Onions, spices and a bunch of delicious beer and slowly bake overnight. Add a little Colonel Angus Mustard to it??? Pure Silliness.
KBS SMOKED HAM-we don’t offer our ham very often just straight up…..good time to try it. Borderline Polish….but we don’t care….goes awesome with the rest of the grub.
POLISH SMASHED POTATOES-Yukon Golds, Two kinds of Cheeses, Minced Onions and Lust. Some places add love…we add Lust. Brings out the flavors and desire more.
WRAPSKI-Kielbasa, Mashed Taters, Dirty Kraut, Crunchy Onions, and Swiss Cheese all jammed into a huge flour tortilla and then griddles on the Michael Scott Foot Cooker.

PIEROGI CASSEROLSKI-We take our normal Pit Stop Pierogi “innards”…SMOKED KBS HAM, SAUTEED ONIONS, SMASHED TATERS, CHEDDAR CHEESE, Swaddled with a Layer of Dough on the top and the bottom. All the Pierogi Flavor and taste without the COLOSSAL PAIN IN THE @$$ it takes to make pierogi’s by hand. Try the Casserolski. 1st year we did this 10 years ago we made like 1500 Pierogi…took FOREVER…..and they sold out in 2 hours. This way is WAAAAAAY easier and the taste is silly good.
GREEN BEANS W SLIVERED ALMONDS-not Polish but goes well w the rest of the Grubski.
MAC N CHEESE-Not one bit Polish but too good not to have on the menu.
REGULAR AWARD WINNING BBQ FOR FRIDAY…..lower quantities than normal Fridays due to Polish Insanity.
