WE only use FRESH turkeys and inject them with our savory brine, brush them with butter and coat in our Turkey Massage Powder. We then slow cook them over hardwood charcoal, dried Michigan cherry pits and apple wood.
Pricing: $6/pound Turkeys range from 16-18lbs.
Pick up available November 24 and November 25. Turkeys are all ready to go….just heat up in your oven for a couple hours and its good to go.
